What is the best dosing for CBD?

Just as with any supplement or medication, appropriate dosing of CBD is important as well. It's important to note that what works well for one individual might not work as well for someone else, as everybody's body is different and unique in their own way. Here we discuss on how to find the correct dose for you.

Before we begin it's widely known that the mid-high strength doses have higher benefits than the lower or even very high doses. That's why at Little Green's CBD we only offer a mid-high strength of 1500MG which individuals can take accordingly. 

When starting out with CBD, it's always best practise to begin low and increase gradually. A great place to start is by taking approximately 5 drops from the oil dropper once a day for week. After the week, check in with yourself to see how you're feeling and how the oil drops have worked for you. If you feel they're having a good effect, then stay where you are. If you feel that more CBD is needed, then increase the number of drops. We'd advise to double the number of drops to approximately 10. Again from here, after the week reassess. If you so still feel more amount of CBD is needed then we'd recommend having 10 drops twice a day.

It’s important to know that your body can't overdose on CBD, and that your body needs time to adjust to CBD. Just remember to be patient, find out what works for you and enjoy the journey.
